Large Departmental Contingent Liabilities

Claims have been made against the PPSC in the normal course of operations. These claims include items with pleading amounts and others for which no amount is specified.

The PPSC has recorded an allowance for claims and litigations where it is likely that there would be a future payment and a reasonable estimate of the loss can be made.
