Funding Highlights - TB Submissions

PPSC’s authorities include recent ongoing funding received for the following items:

• Remediation Agreement Regime
  • As part of the initiative to strengthen Canada’s efforts to hold corporations accountable for corporate misconduct, the PPSC will receive an additional $1.0M in 2019-2020 and $0.9M in 2020-2021 and on-going to implement a Remediation Agreement Regime in Canada
• Budget 2019 and Integrity Funding-Supporting the Public Prosecution Service of Canada
  • Funding for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada to support the continued fulfillment of its responsibilities to carry out the prosecution of criminal offences under federal law. PPSC received an additional $19.8M in 2019-2020 and on-going.
