If you wish to submit a formal request to receive records held by the Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) or you are seeking access to your personal information, you have the following options:

Online

The Access to Information and Privacy Online Request Service offers a convenient way to submit access to information or personal information requests.

This service allows you to make online requests for information under the control of the PPSC and other government institutions instead of having to print, scan and email or mail a form to the correct institution.

Mail

If you would like to make a request for government documents by mail, fill out an Access to Information Request Form or send a letter stating that you are seeking these documents under the Access to Information Act. Provide as much detail as possible about the information you are seeking. Mail your completed form or letter to the address below, along with the required application fee of $5.00 in the form of cash, cheque or money order made payable to the Receiver General for Canada. Without the application fee, correspondence will not be treated as a request under the Act.

If you would like to make a request under the Privacy Act for your personal information, fill out a Personal Information Request Form or send a letter containing sufficient detail to enable us to locate your records. No application fee is required for personal information requests.
